Rules of Entry

When entering the venue you must observe these conditions of entry. A breach of these rules may see you removed from the event

Tickets Required

To enter the building for the event, spectators will be required to get a ticket - no ticket no entry. For team members, officials and volunteers accreditation passes will be issued for entry

Bag Searches

For your safety, our security team may conduct bag searches upon entry into the venue. When planning your arrival, please allow additional time for searches to take place

No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking is not permitted inside the building - it is against the law. Vaping is also not permitted. If you are smoking or vaping outside, this should only be done in the designated smoking areas

Food & Drink

Food and drink purchased on site will be permitted into the building. Picnic hampers, takeaway, or delivery services are not permitted and will be denied entry

Alcohol

Alcohol may be purchased on site from the designated bars - please do not bring it with you. Anyone intoxicated by alcohol or under the influence of drugs will not be permitted to enter

No Dogs or Animals

Dogs and other animals are not permitted on the University Campus or within the Sports Village. Trained assistance dogs will be permitted

Remain in Designated Zones

The event does not have exclusive use of the venue, so please respect other venue users. Please only enter designated areas and if asked to leave, please do so promptly

Refusal

Indoor Hockey UK, WMH and Venue Staff reserve the right to refuse entry or to remove anyone who does not abide by the venue and event rules

Training Venues

There are a number of indoor facilities near the competition venue available for training.

Training venues can be booked by teams where availability allows. Teams can contact the venues direct, or they can click below to contact the event admin team.

There will be no training available for teams unless it is pre-booked. Teams are responsible for arranging and paying for any training.
