    Spectator Services

    Spectator Services Volunteers will be at the forefront on an event day to ensure spectators have the best possible experience.

    • What's involved in this role?

      • Provide spectators with information and direction to key areas
      • Create a positive atmosphere ensuring spectators are excited for upcoming matches
      • Support the Venue Support Volunteers, particularly with situations involving spectators, such as mobility support and manning spectator information points

    Venue Support

    Venue Support Volunteers will will help make the tournament a success by assisting various delivery teams such as Accreditation, Ticketing and Ceremonies

    • What's involved in this role?

      • Ensure any accreditation passess are issued correctly, and ensure only those authorised enter the approvied spaces
      • Helping to manage the view balcony by manning the entrance points, and managing the flow of traffic
      • Assist operational teams that may require assistance from volunteers in and around the venue on an adhoc basis
    • What skills do you need for this role?

    Social Media & Online

    We are looking for talented, organised and energetic people to run the social media and online accounts, helping showcase the event worldwide

    • What's involved in this role?

      • Publish posts regularly to social media channels, including results of matches
      • Use Canva and other creation tools to create media for social media and website
      • Conduct post-match interviews with teams and officials for social media channels
    • What skills do you need for this role?

      • Knowledge of Social Media preferred, including Facebook, Twitter (X), and Instagram
      • Good teamwork and communication skills
      • Self motivated, clear communicator
      • Great interpersonal skills
      • Confidence in using media creation tools

    Media Accreditation

    We're looking for photographers willing to be pitch side and cover as many matches throughout the event as possible

    • What's involved in this role?

      • Capture the spectacular moments of the event both on and off the pitch
      • Upload media to enable teams to view both during and after the event
      • Work with the Social Media team to promote the event online
    • What skills do you need for this role?

      • Your own camera and ability to upload and share your media
      • Proven event shooting experience
      • Ideally, an eye catching portfolio
      • Proficient with traditional and modern equipment
      • Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques

    The event will take place from Thursday 28 March 2024 until Monday 1 April 2024. If you can't attend the full event, don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you and invite you along if possible!


    We will be looking to appoint the first batch of volunteers week commencing Monday 5 February 2024. If spaces are still available we will look to fill the remaining spaces by Monday 4 March 2024


    The role descriptions provided are a brief outline, and we can work with other organisations or individuals to ensure the best possible experience for everyone in attendance
